Is this a really bad lacefront/weave job or is she wearing a scarf/stocking cap~~CONFUSED~~

I have no idea what style/look she was going for--hell, she probably didn't know either.
Take a pair of scissors and cut that one strand off. I mean--it's just there for no reason at all.
be simple if he just shaved his head bald, instead of trying to hold on to the very last strand?
